PEP 814 frozendict #801

I would like to propose the addition of a PEP 814-compatible frozendict backport.

Now, this appears to be one of the few stdlib additions that has not been added to typing_extensions, and I cannot seem to find any conversation about this. Has this already been discussed and rejected, or am I actually the first one to raise this? 😸
