chore: rename repository to orka-runtime-foundry

Renames the repository to match the orka-<kind>-<name> convention used by the other Orka plugin repositories (orka-gateway-*, orka-integration-*). The GitHub repository has already been renamed, and the old URL redirects.

Changes

• Go module path changed to github.com/orka-agents/orka-runtime-foundry, with internal imports updated.
• Repository URLs, ghcr image names, the OCI image.source label, and the docker build tag now use the new name.
• The companion repository link now points to orka-agents/orka-runtime-foundry-classic.

Compatibility

The /agent-runtime-foundry binary and cmd/agent-runtime-foundry keep their names because Orka's ACP supervisor (workers/acp/supervisor/external_provider.go), the Foundry ACP image, and the human-approval-v2 fixtures invoke that path. The README now says why. Renaming the binary can happen later in a coordinated change with Orka.
