That message is expected from Copilot Coding Agent when it reaches its step limit for a single run. It stops to avoid infinite loops and posts a final summary of what it completed. In this case, it still produced a full PR (#248) that: Adds modern shell tools (eza, fd, ripgrep, bat, fzf, zoxide) |

👋🏻 Tim from the Copilot coding agent product team here. At the moment, each coding agent run has a time limit of 59 minutes. That's what is driving things here - not a limit on the number of steps or model calls. As the agent starts to get close to its time limit, we give it warnings so it can wrap up its work before it gets cut off. We are exploring the possibility of extending this time limit in the future to allow for longer, more complex tasks. |

Interesting stuff, any updates on this? Are you planning to increase session limits soon? @timrogers |
