Hi, I'm Mohammad Ali

Senior Software Engineer & AI Team Lead at APIMatic, based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

I lead the team behind API Context Plugins — MCP-based packages that ground AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code) in real, version-aware API specs so the integrations they write are production-ready, not just compilable. I also helped in the benchmarks that measure whether that actually works.

Recent work

OpenAPI vs MCP vs Context Plugins: Benchmarking API Integrations — 20 Claude Opus 4.8 runs, four context conditions, a 24-check production-readiness gate. Context Plugins scored 23.2/24 vs 13.8 for an unaided agent.
