docs: __array_namespace_info__ erroneously under an info namespace? #1012
Description
Why is this under array_api.info rather than array_api? One must include that in order to intersphinx:
But that is quite misleading:
>>> xp.__array_namespace_info__
<function __array_namespace_info__ at 0x108777060>
>>> xp.info.__array_namespace_info__
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<python-input-1>", line 1, in <module>

raise AttributeError(f"module {__name__!r} has no attribute {name!r}")
AttributeError: module 'array_api_strict' has no attribute 'info'. Did you mean: 'finfo'?

@lucascolley Feel free to submit a PR fixing this. This was likely an oversight. And this should backported to prior revisions.
