docs: mark Appsmith AI datasource as end of life - #3063

Appsmith AI reached end of life on September 30, 2026. Unlist the reference page, add an end-of-life notice pointing to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI, and remove the datasource from the sidebar, the AI Integrations grids, and the security page.
