Correction on the documentation

The example on the page https://quarkus.io/guides/smallrye-health/#health-status-change-observers no longer appears to be valid.
The "HealthStatusChangeEvent" class was removed in version 4.3.0 of "io.smallrye.health.api".
Could the example be updated?

The class was moved and renamed in SmallRye Health 4.3.0:
import io.smallrye.health.event.SmallRyeHealthStatusChangeEvent;

I created a PR to update the documentation: #57319
