Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
I applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack on Oct 14, 2026. I then received an email saying my academic affiliation could not be verified, along with a list of issues to fix. I have already addressed all of them:
However, my Education benefits page still shows the application as "Pending review", and the system does not let me start a new application.
Has anyone else run into this? How can I get the stale application reset so I can reapply — should I just wait, or is there another way to reach the Education support team?
Thanks a lot for any guidance!
