**Newly created backlog items disappear from the Backlog View — defect report and formal complaint**

I am writing to formally report a persistent defect in the Backlog View of the product.

Newly added items are removed from the view within seconds of creation, and the problem persists across a full page refresh.

This is a serious usability and data-integrity issue that is blocking my work, and I respectfully request that it be treated as a high-priority fix.

A newly created item should be saved and remain visible in the Backlog View until it is deliberately moved, archived, or deleted by an authorised user. It should persist across page refreshes and sessions.
