Subject: Account flagged — unable to authorize Vercel and SMS verification limit reached

Hello GitHub Support,

I can still access my GitHub account, but I cannot authorize Vercel because I receive this message:

“This account is flagged, and therefore cannot authorize a third party application.”

I tried to complete the SMS verification process, but I did not receive the verification code. I have now reached the SMS request limit and cannot continue.

I am trying to connect my repository to Vercel to deploy my project. Could you please review my account and help me restore the ability to authorize third-party applications?

If possible, please let me know how I can complete the verification process or appeal the restriction without receiving an SMS.
